    Job responsibilities

    1. Responsible for the management and handling of the administrative and logistic affairs in department of warehousing business, including the management of production safety, fire protection, equipment management, material procurement, and staff discipline, etc.;

    2.  Responsible for organizing the drafting of administrative documents, establishing and improving the management rules and regulations of department of warehousing business;

    3. Cooperate with the work in department of warehousing business, and provide material and personnel assistance;

    4. Organize the coordination and supervision of warehouse shipment, delivery, return and replacement, defective goods management and other links to ensure the orderly development of the company's work;

    5. Train employees on standardized operations to ensure timely and accurate picking, packaging and delivery;

    6. Responsible for daily administrative reception of the factory liaison, establish and maintain public relationship and keep good relationship;

    7. Carry out staff safety training and 6S inspection to ensure the department's safe production and site order;

    8. Responsible for organizing various corporate cultural activities.

    Qualifications

    1. College degree, male, aged 25-35, safety administrator or safety director certificate holder with driving license;

    2. Strong service awareness, teamwork spirit, honesty and trustworthiness, integrity, strict adherence to company secrets, and strong ability to handle press;

    3. Good language expression and communication skills, strong execution, organized, reasonable arrangement and management of various work tasks;

    4. Be familiar with the work of various modules of human resources and administrative management, master relevant working skills, and have certain management ability, organization ability and coordination ability;

    5. Familiar with the operation of computer office software with safety production management experience;

    6. Preference shall be given to candidates with more than 3 years working experience in the same position and experience in administrative management.

    Job responsibilities

    Qualifications

    1. Under the age of 35, male and female, college degree or above, able to accept orders;

    2. More than 7 years of warehousing management experience, more than 3 years of e-commerce warehousing and logistics management experience, practical and amiable with rich management experience;

    3. Pay attention to data management, have a strong sense of responsibility, be able to bear hardships, and have a strong ability to resist pressure;

    4. Good overall management, organization and coordination ability, and able to work under great pressure;

    5. Familiar with the logistics management process of e-commerce enterprises and e-store treasure information system, skilled in the operation of common office software (OMS/jushuitan/wandiantong/wanliniu/online store keeper).
